Despite still being known by many for the sex tape that went viral with XYZ CEO Bobby East, the now award winning Ruth Ronnie has done remarkable work over the years especially in the music circles.
She recently got to be one of the selected artistes for the emPawa Africa, an initiative introduced by Nigerian musician Mr. Eazi. She featured on Diamond TV’s On The Table show with Chimweka on Sunday where she spoke about what she learnt during her stay in Cape Town, South Africa.
Still on the emPawa talk, she also explained how she was tagged by her friends to see Slapdee’s infamous tweet about the emPawa Africa initiative, but added that the whole issue didn’t really matter.
When asked by the host, Chimweka, Ruth Ronnie refused to comment on allegations that she was seeing Bobby East while J.O.B was hitting on her despite being married as alluded to in the two rappers’ songs, “Killmonger” and “Dear Brother” respectively.
She also reacted to backlash towards Kuni, explaining how hate is expected from some people as one is pushing their work.
