Multi award winning gospel artist Ephraim also known as the son of Africa has been nominated for the 2020 Ghana Music awards. He has been nominated alongside some of Africa’s gospel music Giants such as Mercy Chinwo from Nigeria, Deborah Lukalu from DR Congo, Judikay from Nigeria, Evelyn Wanjiru from Kenya, Moses Bliss from Nigeria and Armand Koffi from Ivory coast. The nomination was under the category African artist of the year 2020 and the nomination list was released on the 24th of December 2020.
Ephraim has been on the Zambian gospel scene for over 10 years and he has won various awards alongside performing at international shows and these awards are designed to celebrate gospel artists in Ghana and across Africa. The awards are scheduled to take place on 20th February 2021 and winners will be determined by 40% public votes, 40% Board and 20% Academy votes.
