Newly signed Alpha Entertainment rapper DRIFTA TREK says being signed under Kopala Swags Alpha Entertainments was an elevation for him. He said this when he featured on HONE FM RADIO’s Thursday Hip Hop show “HIP HOP BAKERY” hosted by Dj KEN STAR.
Drifta says he received alot of criticism from people who thought he ditched XYZ for Kopala swags Alpha Entertainments.
He however made it clear that doing the “Tongo remix with SLAP D did not mean he was going to join XYZ and that those who hated on him for joing the Kopala Side, hated what they did not understand.
He says he decided to work with Alpha Entertainments because MACKY 2 helped him get to where he is today. ” I worked with MACKY 2 before even people knew about me and he has helped me and my music to be known and little do people know about that” said Drifta.
And when asked about his TOP 5 Rappers in Zambia, DRIFTA listed CHEF 187, MACKY 2, SLAP D, BOBBY EAST AND JAE CASH as his best Top 5 hip hop Stars in Zambia emphasizing that he was however Number One.
