Award winning artist and seasonal producer, Yo Maps, has yet again given more information about his much anticipated album, which he says was supposed to drop slightly before the Covid-19 pandemic hit Zambia.
The “Finally” hit maker was hosted by Diamond TV’s Chimweka on the Lusaka July red carpet where he once again informed his fans about his album on the way. During the interview, Yo Maps also disclosed that his team is trying their level best to get international artists to collaborate with, despite the difficulties of the process.
He however clarified that the international artists to expect on the album will be well-known artists and “not just some artist from Malawi”.
In terms of the release date, Yo Maps mentioned how the coming in of the Covid-19 pandemic halted the initial release date. Going forward though, during this interview with Chimweka, he gave a rather ambiguous answer declaring that his album will be out “after the pandemic”, which makes fans wonder whether or not it will occur any time soon.
