In the midst of a Hot Trending HipHop topic about “Money Phone” raised by Brooklyn’s Finest “Jay Z”, Macky 2 has decided to create a stunt. “Money Phone” is stunt done by Bragging HipHop artistes where they flaunt photos of them Holding Money to the ear acting like they are on a Phone call and post on social media or appear in music videos .
Rapping on “Story of O.J” off his Now “Platinum” “4:44” album, Jay Z disapproved the act and labelled it as “lame”. On the song the HipHop Mongul rapped; “Y’all on the Gram Holdin’ money to your ear/there’s a disconnect we don’t call that Money over here, yeah.
Macky 2 recently posted a short video clip on Instagram while holding stacks of “Kwachas’ to his ear and pretending to be making a Phone call. In the video with numerous Views on his Instragram account, Macky 2 is seen pretending to be talking to a guy only identified as “Zakado” using a “Money Phone“. Mulaza Kaira is not the first rapper to have reacted to Jay Z’s lyrics, Prominent American and African rappers have recently added their voice too with 50 Cent, Future, Tee Grizzley, Blac Youngsta etc posting the pics and videos of “Money Phone” on social media.
