What started as a Facebook endorsement from one man among the few that can spot greatness from afar (Macky 2) has finally given Talented artiste and Song writer Trina South an international recognition.
Trina South came on the scene with a track dubbed “Elevate” a diss song targeting Female Emcees like Bombshell,Brisky & Cleo. The song was endorsed by the forever freshest name in the Game Macky 2 and like the title of the track Trina’s career elevated and her diary has been recording success stories ever since.
All Africa Music Awards AFRIMA finally announced the Regional nominees for 2019 awards and Trina South was nominated under the category for Best Female Artiste in Southern Africa competing with other Female artists like Amara Brown,Zonke,Nadia and many more .
Song “Weka” is Trina”s ticket for the nominations.
This is Trina South’s second International Recognition as she was among the few chosen for Empawa Zambia Powered by Mr Eazi.
Voting commences as soon as the adjudication of entries and artistes profiles have been completed.
