Singer and Songwriter “Katongo” recently featured on Dj Showstar‘s “Hi-5″ on which she set the record straight about her incidence with Slapdee. The singer also talked much about her musical Journey and took sometime to respond to “Bow Chase” who claimed to have had his song concept stolen by her.
At the beginning of the Interview, the songbird states that she was actually born in Mufulira, Zambia but spent most her life in the UK. She also talks about the musical Journey among other things.
When asked to respond to Bow Chase‘s allegations about stealing his song, Katongo emphasized ‘Mr Whats Up‘ is only looking for publicity. She further explains that her song came out last year in August but Bow Chase only waited till this year for him to Speak out. The ‘Tinafora‘ hitmaker further cites that it could be a creative coincidence and the similarity is only maybe one line. She also questions why he couldn’t reach out considering Bow Chase has her number.
Katongo has been trending on Social media over the past weeks since she posted a video of herself explaining how Slapdee disappointed her and couldn’t show up on the Music Video set for “Tinafora“. She also slammed the rapper for exhibiting lack of professionalism. (Read Article and Watch Video)
Slapdee has since been mute about the whole since but managed to throw Shade at Katongo yesterday via a Facebook post (Read Article).
