Multi-Award winning singer and vocalist “Yo Maps” yesterday exchange social media shots with hosts of a popular podcast called “That Zedpodcast”. This after the Finally Hitmaker demanded K30 000 for him to feature on the show.
According to a revelation by the Hosts “Elson” and “K-Plus“, Yo Maps initially agreed to feature on the Podcast for free but later called back saying his wife “Kidist” would only let him feature at a fee. This led to the hosts cancelling their request to have him feature as they couldn’t meet his demands.
In a Facebook live broadcasted yesterday, Yo Maps and Kidist responded and went further to claim the K30 000 wasn’t actually enough and instead should have demanded for K60 000. The singer also went on to reveal an Invoice from YouTube of how much he makes in a month while calling the hosts “Mailoni Brothers” in the same post.
To add more fuel to the drama, Elson took a swipe at Yo Maps by claiming they could only pay him that much if he was to speak strictly English on the podcast.
