Lusaka based rapper Humphrey Muchindu better known as Jae cash is happy with the overwhelming response by his fans with regards to the recently released album. Jae cash disclosed that the album titles after his daughter “Giovanni” has so far received massive support and describes it as a success. “Imagine it auctioned at K3000 plus just on the day of release, it’s simply showed how anxious people waited for it” he says.
The rapper is also working on a project he calls the Jae Cash Move of which he intends to shoot videos for all songs in the album. He says in as much as he is concentrating on marketing his album Giovanni, he is back in the studio working on more hits. ” To everyone that makes it possible for me not to walk 10 meters without being noticed, I got nothing but love for you all” he says. Jae cash also notes releasing albums is much better than single tracks in that an artiste can be able to seek recognition especially from major sponsors. He has also called on his fellow musicians to work hard and ensure that Zambian music is taken to another level.
