XYZ CEO and HipHop artiste “Bobby East” is among the few Music Acts speaking out against the recent police Brutality at CBU. The Rapper who is usually not vocal on Certain Issues has raised concern about the Police Brutality that took place at the University Institution.
The Hate-Mail Hitmaker has condemned the action and has demanded the issue to be seriously addressed by the authorities. (See His Facebook Post Below).
Few days ago, Students at the Copperbelt University (CBU) were protesting for their delayed Meal allowances from the Govt. This Followed after the Minister of Higher Education Issued a statement which angered the Student Populous. The Protest later attracted the Zambia Police Force which later Brutalized the students as a way of calming them. One Student has since been reported dead and several more Badly Injured and Hospitalized.
Others Musicians to voice out abou the Brutality Include Pilato who has since released a song about the same.
